- All our deliveries are made by either Royal Mail or USP and cost only £ 4.95 pr. order incl. packaging (this standard postage price is only valid for delivery within the UK. We do send our chocolates outside the UK and offer a flat rate of £ 6.95 pr. order for international deliveries.
- Delivery Costs are per order/delivery address and not per product so you can order as much chocolates as you like for the one delivery cost.
- Free shipping for orders over £ 75
- We only produce and send out our chocolate truffles from Monday to Thursday to avoid our chocolate truffles to be delayed over the weekend. If you have ordred during the weekend, the truffles will be sent out the following Monday.
- During the warmer months, we store the boxes in controlled conditions, right until the point of despatch in the late afternoon. They then travel during the cooler evening and early morning to ensure freshness.
- We do not offer a refrigerated or cool box delivery as they still do not guarantee a consistent and exact temperature. We do not consider excessive plastic packaging required for such shipments, so our packaging is environmentally friendly.
- We will make every attempt to ensure your order arrives in the estimated delivery time frame. However, PURE Chocolate Truffles cannot be responsible for the late arrival of packages due to unforeseen circumstances, such as: interference in delivery services, incorrect or incomplete addresses, poor weather, or other unexpected issues.
- Right for you to cancel your order.
- You may cancel your order with us for the products you order at any time up to the end of the seventh day from the date you receive the ordered products. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your order nor will you have to pay any penalty.
- Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your order, any sum debited to us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order, provided we have received the item intact and in a resaleable condition. The cost to return the box or bag of chocolates to us is non-refundable in this instance.

- Cancellation by us
- We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:
- We have insufficient stock to deliver the products you have ordered. If this is the case, we will contact you to advise of an availability date or to offer you a substitute product;
- We do not deliver to your area; or
- One or more of the products you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error.
- If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by email and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order.
